The early check-in at 3:00 pm was convenient and the customer service was excellent. The rooms were tidy, budget-friendly, and came equipped with a safe, coffee, and a bathroom. The location is very close to Camelback beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Loved the place, had a comfortable stay on a long road trip. I booked cheap and warm room with king bed and clean bathrooms, as example. The staff was courteous, professional all the time. The restaurant was good, I ordered excellent dishes. No complaints, the venue met my needs, would recommend it.

There was plenty of outstanding meals. My room with comfy beds and clean bathrooms was comfy and impressive. The location was favourable there, to the outlet.

Great location! You can easily walk to the mountains, a cool bazaar with picture frames and all sorts of stuff, as well as the outlets and the ski resort. 🏞️ Breakfast was yummy and reasonably priced, with fresh bread and butter.

Great location, super easy to get to and close to lots of cool stuff. You've got shopping spots, the mountains, and a rad indoor water park nearby. Rooms are a good deal for what you pay. Breakfast has a good mix of options 🌟.

The staff, especially a very despotic and unfriendly man, did not explain anything about the hotel services or give directions. And another had told me an amount and no surprise that I was being charged an extra $60 that I don't know I really didn't like the way I was served

The room provided great value and had a very comfy bed. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including butter and slices of fresh bread. The hotel is conveniently located in a central area near the fitness center, Camelback, and major roads.

The old musty, messed up carpeting. Hotel is extremely dated, needs renovation. Old refrigerator smelled rotten. The television did not look up to par, affected my vision. The hotel was rated at a 3. I would rate it a 1 minus and never stay there again.

Lousy breakfast. Plastic dishes, no fruit, no cheese, no meat, no egg, but constant and loud advertising, interrupted by terrible music. Dirty chair and tattered stool in the room.
